 :o Don't think I would do it just yet.  It is only in beta form release candidate 2.  Mostly for testers and developers.

I would wait until the actual release on windows updates comes out and even then I would wait for a while to see what bugs may still be in it.  Let a few others play with it first and see what is reported and then make up your mind on whether to install or not.

I waited almost 6 months before I got brave enough to install SP2.  Apparently that was a good thing.  ;D

I would wait too although Ive been using it on one of my PC's for the last two weeks and the only issue I have is that sometimes my dual screens wont show a picture. I then have to reboot. Not sure if this is because of SP3 or a driver issue yet.

I just got a notice that ms wanted to download and update with sp3.  Not sure if it is ready for prime time yet.  What do you think.  I do a lot of web dev work and would hate to be spending time messing with new drivers etc..
Any proven methods of updating such a giant change and easily going back with proven results?  I am not that trusting of system restore points and especially with such a giant update to the os.

I have had no issues with SP3 I was using it when it was in Beta stage on the laptop and then with my desktop when it was officially released and I have had no issues.

As a rule I would update for security reasons. SP3 has been a out a while now and I believe the kinks are worked out to this point.  :)
