I do not know if any of you have run into this problem, or if you have found an actual useful function for them but it took me some time to figure out how to turn them off. It will sure run ANYTHING you are doing if you accidentally turn them on.
Have you ever been doing a spreadsheet or some sort of work and accidentally held the shift key down too long? The little filter keys dialogue box pops up, you follow windos options and hit cancel and the thing is STILL ON!!! Then it has everything ALL messed up? Just press press BOTH shift keys down momentarily and it will turn them off. If you want to permanently turn them off, I know BV or Spawn or some one may know a way to like make them vanish from your PC all together but this is how I turned them off and prevented them from coming back in the future:
FOLLOW the instructions. I was going to make a neat little picture HOW TO but got all kinds of screwed up with uploading pic's so I found this link that does the same exact thing and he has all the pretty pics you need! Hehe!

Has anyone ever found a useful way to actually benefit from them? For what? Is this what gamers mean by filter keys when they cheat in forums or game rooms and clans get ALL KINDS of bent out of shape? Is this how those guys seem to run faster, jump higher and frag me continually? Hmmmm?
