Hello

I have been trying to access System Information but a message always comes up:

'Can't Collect Information
Cannot access Windows Management Instrumentation software. Windows Management files may be moved or missing'

I have done a google search regarding the above; some of which offered several methods such as renaming the Repository file to killing and restarting the service in services.msc

However, I have tried all methods that have been found but I am still unable to view the System Information for my laptop. Sad

Please advise Sir.

Thank you!
