I know it doesn't make sense, but when I disabled this service, it would cause task manager to crash when i try to "show processes from all users." I set it back to Automatic (started) and task manager functions normally again. Any idea why it would do this?

Will look into this tomorrow.
Edit: I tried to replicate the issue and could not with IP Helper disabled.

Thanks for trying, at least. I'm able to replicate this at will. But, as I said, it doesn't make sense. Thanks again.
