What do you mean, "fix your msconfig"?  What's wrong with it exactly?

i kinda changed it by accident.Because i tried to decrease all the loading program in the start up. But i guest i did disable something that wasn't needed to be disable and now my boot up takes a long time to get to my desktop. So I tried enabling all my services in msconfig and it takes a lot longer to boot up.

PS: In the Windows Vista SP1 Service Configurations i followed all the default for home premium. should i changed it to safe or tweaked to reduce my boot up time to get to my desktop?
