Under usual circumstances, services and processes that are named "random" in nature (uddknnkz fits that bill and probably why it is not picked up on Google) are viri or not desired.
Others that look silly, like HPSLPSVC, are actually part of HP printer drivers. However, HP puts descriptions and the like in said services.
Viri... do not.
Disable them. If, after a reboot, they are placed back into manual... it is not a good sign.
