Click Here -> gparted live stable

This is the downloads page, click these folders to expand them and find your .iso... -> gparted-live-stable -> 0.5.1-1

You should see the .zip and the .iso versions, you want the .iso.

Size: 114.3 MB / MD5: 943fb466fc6cfff87259e8719ebb04f6  (gparted-live-0.5.1-1.iso)

Also, it sounds as if you have a hidden/locked partition installed by the laptop manufacturer, these can be difficult to remove. I would call the manufacturer and ask how to unlock and remove it. I have seen a few people use Diskpart (command-line) in Vista to unlock and remove stubborn EISA partitions but it is not for the faint
of heart.

Attn: BV, if you want to remove my post have at it, I didn't care someone posted while I was typing but it looks as if we posted nearly identical information.

Nah, redundant redundant information is fine. :)

Kinda off topic, but we have the main problem of the thread solved anyway lol. What exactly does that "EISA" stand for? And is it's sole purpose, to be hard to eradicate? I mean it would make sense, cause it's probly the system restore partition. At least thats my guess.

Found this after a quick Google:

Doesn't mention what EISA stands for, but oh well...  It looks like it's just a utility/recovery partition.

EISA is an older bus technology and is short for Extended Industry Standard Architecture. It basically expanded the ISA bus and was backwards compatible with it. It was replaced by the PCI bus.

Kinda makes you wonder what it had to do with an 80Gb sata hard drive.

Because it had a recovery partition installed by the computer's original vendor. This was not a "new" drive to start with...
