Service "Software Protection" Mistake...
« on: December 08, 2009, 01:28:16 PM »
hello,

first of all i have to say that your site is great and very helpful if you want to change some windows services.
thanks for that...

i changed lots of my windows 7 services and have found a mistake in your windows 7 service registry files.
in each .reg file the service "software protection" is named as "sppspv"
but the correct registry name for this service should be "sppsvc"
with this wrong named service you create a new service folder in der registy without a result instead of changing the start of the service "software protection"

the same mistake is also in your windows 7 custom registry tool...

please correct your registry files and the tool or tell me if i am wrong.
