What Service or Services affect using your modem to fax

That is one of my printer drivers is a FAX and is shown on Printers and Faxes. I tweaked my services to what I wanted but then I could not fax a letter I created in Microsoft Word. I went back and change to Manual the services that I had disabled but I want to only enable or those services that relate to faxing and the dependend services. Can anyone help me to discover which services these are? TIA for your advice.
