Vista - wireless not working

I'm running Vista Home Premiun, SP2 and all current updates. My internal wireless card stopped work (Intel Pro 3945 ABG), I drives has been updated. It still can not find any networK. I them disable the Intel Pro wireless card and uninstalled the drivers. Installed new WUSB600N USB  wireless uint. I still have the same problem, Install WUSB600N on XP Pro to verify unit and it worked great. Can anyone piont me in the right direct?
