100mb reserved partition

Upon clean installation at partitioning, a 100MB partition is setup to be used by the system esp for BitLocker encryption.
A fix, posted here:
http://www.mydigitallife.info/2009/08/20/hack-to-remove-100-mb-system-reserved-partition-when-installing-windows-7/
could possibly be added to the Win7 installation guide.

The guide is intended to be general... not encompassing all possible installation scenarios or users desires.
