100mb reserved partition
« on: November 09, 2009, 07:08:20 AM »
Upon clean installation at partitioning, a 100MB partition is setup to be used by the system esp for BitLocker encryption.
A fix, posted here: http://www.mydigitallife.info/2009/08/20/hack-to-remove-100-mb-system-reserved-partition-when-installing-windows-7/ could possibly be added to the Win7 installation guide.

The guide is intended to be general... not encompassing all possible installation scenarios or users desires.

No need to remove it really, it's only 100mb.
