Intel Turbo Memory
« on: November 04, 2009, 07:41:01 PM »
I'm running a T7700 CPU laptop with Win 7 Ultimate x64 and the Intel Turbo Memory.

4gb ram and additional 4gb ITM chip for the Turbo mem program.

(ITM) drivers are installed but when I boot up...I have a "splat" on the "ITM" dashboard icon in the sys tray.  I clicked on it to bring up the dash board and a window pops up stating "It appears the device is not functioning properly or not present".

I checked the device manager and all areas show the device properly installed etc. but something is preventing the dashboard from loading which prevents me from "Pinning" programs to the ITM Dash Board to load up faster.

I loade the program from the Run command using the -UP extention as well for the pinning feature as well.

Also tried to install without the -UP, still the same thing.

Use to work with v9.0 but stopped when I tried to update to v10.0.  Uninstalled v10 and reinstalled v9.0 and still no change.

Any ideas how to resolve?

Thanks...
