Can I change the login name on xp pro?

I made a spelling mistake on my friends new installation of xp pro. Can I change that login name? It's the first login when installing xp they ask what name.

Go into the control panel and select user accounts.  Select that particular account and the select change account name.

I tried that but the folders are still spelled wrong like.. Documents and Settings/ name is wrong. Somehow I think I need to get into the registry to change that.

Sorry.  My mistake.  I thought you were asking about changing a regular user account name.  I see what your saying now.  That can be fixed as well, though.  Create a new user, log in and follow these directions:
