Can I set up these nine services as manual in my XP configuration

Hi

I am running XP with the latest service pack. I could not find in the BViper tables the following processes. Can I run them manually or do they need to be on automatic?

.NET runtime optimization Optimization Service v2.0.50727_X86   
ASP.NET State Service   
Machine Debug Manager
                 http://smallvoid.com/articles/windows-xp/services/
                 says non essential
NVIDIA Display Driver Service   
Office Source Engine
Pml Driver HPZ12
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)Locator 
                 BViper says be manual, but
                 sys won't let me change to manual,
                 says it is essential
Wan Miniport (ATW) Service      
Windows User Mode Driver Framework
