Media Cener Rec. Services won't stop quitting?????

I keep getting the error message "Media Center Receiver Service has encounterd a problem and needs to close."  Regardless of what I do, Debug, Send Error Report or Don't Send the message keeps coming back.  I have done a system restore several times, I've defragged scanned for viruses, or spyware, I've also cleared out all cookies/history etc over and over again in all possible combinations it jus won't go away!

Check the event log (event viewer) to see what the exact error message is as that is sort of a general message offered to the normal user. The error code (usually a number) may lead us to helping further and narrow down the cause of the issue.
