Mozilla Firefox
« on: August 25, 2009, 08:24:46 PM »
I tried to run Mozilla Firefox and it says it has crashed and will not start at all. Then I got it to run mozilla safe mode. I can not figure out what is going on with mozilla? Any ideas would be helpful. I'm running Windows Vista 32 bit with a 2 gb ram.

THANK YOU.

Apologies if you have tried this already, but have you tried uninstalling and then re-installing Firefox?

Yeah I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but gives the same error message. Every forum that I looked at has been having a lot of firefox problems?

Have you ran any virus scans? What version of Firefox are you attempting to run? If you boot the computer into safe mode can you run Firefox?

I ran a malware scan, and a virus scan. Not sure but I unistalled and reinstalled the newest version on the mozilla website. I can boot mozilla safe mode but haven't tried booting mozilla in my computers safe mode?Really aggrevating
