Unknown Event Occurring

 The following event keeps triggering every 10 to 15 seconds after I start up then seems to subside:
DCOM started the service wercplsupport with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{0E9A7BB5-F699-4D66-8A47-B919F5B6A1DB}
 
Any idea what it is and can I disable it?
