Try a trial version of VIPRE and Malwarebytes (free). There are others you will find in theses forums, but I consider these two to be the best.

Sunbelt software who make Vipre have a free vipre scan program

http://live.sunbeltsoftware.com/

is the url and you download it, run it and it will check for bad guys.

I have used it several times and it seems fine.
I keep a copy on a write protected thumb drive.

It works pretty well. To add to that, edit quickscan.bat and add the command /deep.

Example: cmd /k VIPRERescueScanner.exe /deep

This will tell the scanner to scan all files on the system and will provide better detection and removal. Depending on the infection I have noticed that it may try to kill VIPRERescueScanner.exe. A work around that I found is to rename VIPRERescueScanner.exe to something random, such as, z1xyw34.exe. Then you have to edit the quickscan.bat file to reflect this change.

Example: cmd /k z1xyw34.exe /deep

It's gone:)  I used  VIPRER and deleted Norton. I don't like Norton it's a bulky program anyway.

Thanks for your help:)
