It is listed as Internet Information Services (IIS) and then select the "details" button and select which components you want to be installed.

BTW. I have install all update. BUT I NEED MY IIS TURN ON . ( and i have GOOGLE . it everywhereit seems it require me to do UNATTENDED install ..CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME? im stress up here

Yeah, since you probably customized the installation using nLite and did not install all Windows component options. Internet Information Server is not supplied with XP. It is only available on server installations, although apparently it can be installed on XP from the server installation disks. One caveat is that when it is installed on work station computers, it does not support multiple domains from a single IP address.J.A. Coutts

nlite does remove the IIs installation files.
I tried to get that across but I guess I failed.
