what is ccSvHst.exe

A simple "Google" for that would have answered your question, however, to save you doing that; ccSvHst.exe is a component of a Symantec/Norton product installed on your machine.

Not sure that this answer is really true as I have 6 svchost running and only one of them is for symantic, I think one of the others is for comodo. Not sure what the rst are for but trying to find out.

That may be so, but he was not asking what the service "svchost" is; he was asking about the "ccSVHst.exe." service; something different.  ;D
