Hi. Lately the Remote Access Connection Manager, Remote Access Auto Connection Manager and the Telephony services are changing from Disabled (as I set them) to Automatic after rebooting the computer. Both Remote Access Connection Manager and Telephony are Started when this happens. I've just been setting these services to Manual since this started happening. This is no big deal as everything works perfectly but I can't figure out why this started happening. I should also note that I don't have the Fax service installed.  I'd like to know if anyone has any insight to this unusual problem. Thank you in advance for any replies.
