Monitors

I use a SONY Bravia 40", as my monitor. It has a PC, DVI>15 pin, input and an HDMI input, DVI>HDMI. Both of which I use for computer. Now, how come there is such a difference in, color, font edges? Native res in PC is 1360x768, in HDMI, I have to use an odd res. The colors in HDMI are so much more vivid. Why the differences, its the same electronics.

Most likely the HDMI utilizes the monitor in it's native resolution.  You always want to use the native resolution of the LCD for the best picture.  Mine for instance is a 22" widescreen that runs at 1680x1050 and looks great in that resolution, but blurry at anything else.

Native resolution is the only way to go, regardless of input method. +1 to agree. :)

Understood,
But the rgb input is analog and it gives a picture which has the same characteristics as the HDMI input. The PC input is analog as well. Just wondering why the drastic difference in images betweeen the two inputs.
