My Webclient service is stuck at Starting.  I don't think that's a problem because the web works ok.  But I think the other two errors are keeping me from being able to set up my Sprint SmartView software to use my Blackberry as a modem.  It used to work until my laptop crashed about a month ago.  I had to recreate TCPIP, TAPI and WebClient services in the registry myself.  I just can't find any info on PlugPlay RpcSs.  I do have a Plug and Play service which is fine and the RPC service is fine too.  Any thoughts?  I was going to copy the registry info from a Vista laptop registry, but wanted to ask first.

I think I figured out that when I was rebuilding TAPISRV, I entered PlugPlay RpcSs instead of
PlugPlay
RpcSs   ;D   :-[
So I fixed that, but my Plug and Play registry is practically non-existent.  Can someone tell me how to re-enter the registry entry for PlugPlay?  I see the Services 411, but it's not specific.  I would greatly appreciate if someone could direct me to a specific example of an XP SP3 PlugPlay registry entry because I think the Vista one is much different and that's all I have to refer to.  Please let me know... :)
Thanks!
