Microsoft Help Center Service running??

For the last two days I have found Microsoft Help Center Service running while the computer was idle and screensaver on with a password protect. It uses almost 100% of the CPU and some weird program pops up thats WMI something or other.
What the heck is going on?? I've never had this before.
